Is there like a global license, shouldn't the "banned is banned" work everywhere in the world ? Like let's say it is banned to open a casino in country X, then how can a person get a license to actually gamble on a crypto website without doing it illegally ? How does it work that a country that bans regular casinos can allow you to gamble online ?
