Any Alternative Fiat Exchange to Kraken?

Is there any trusted exchange that accepts USD etc oversea transfer from South East Asia? Kraken's previous bank had stopped servicing countries outside Japan and my recent EUR remittance get rejected losing out exchange rate which I am not sure what is the reason (the previous bank Kraken is using had no problem at all)

Currently am aware about Bitstamp but they are using the same bank as Gatehub which I had terrible experience with it (my funds got rejected too by their bank)
