  You dont need the bank correct but there report in general is great news for bitcoin, and there view that Western union and companies alike who basically are scammers to poor people will hopefully be loosing lots more customers and should be more than worrying right now !

I agree - my current bank charges $14 per incoming wire (how much does it really cost a bank to "wire" cash?). Currently Western Union and this kind of monopoly on international transfers is plain usury and should be punishable by law.
