These coins have difficulty level of 1xxxxxxxxx I didn't care to count exactly how much but that is way too much difficulty as compared to the price their price is shit and difficulty is sky rocketing. Care to explain why people are mining it ?

They are mined together with BTC (merge mined), thats why the difficulty is so high, but normally BTC miners keep selling them as soon as they enter their wallets
