CraPE is built from the original
Win8PESE project and there is NO doubt at all. It would have been good to say it and ask, I think, NO?
Reading some post, I would emphasize that Win8PESE is compatible with x64 architecture also, with the support for running 32bit programs in a 64bit environment.
