Not all Block Erupters run without error... Please help, one does not run.

When I run four Block Erupters one of them always runs with 100% error and doesn't really operate. How do I fix this?

I have 5 block erupters but I also run them on the same hub as a Redfury ASIC that usually runs at about 2.3Gh/s I want to know how to get all 5 of them to work instead of just 3.
Now the fourth one is working but only at 133Mh/s I want to know how to get all 5 working on this hub.

she needs more power captain.... hub dosnt have enough power either by a 2nd hub or a more powerful hub
