How many posts do I need to make before I can send a PM?  I can understand the need for this sort of thing to prevent crazies and bots or whatnot in the legitimate forum topics but I'm really only on here for one purpose and I can't even send a PM yet..

You only need 1 post to be able to send pms.
But you need to wait 6 min between a post and a pm.
