Any ideas if these ASIC miners made for bitcoins are specific to bitcoin mining only or can it it be used to mine other SHA256 based currencies ?

They can also mine other SHA-256 ones, like Terracoin  Smiley

Does that mean it can mine any of the listed coins which has the SHA256 algorithm on this site
