On a site like blockchain.info how secure is your wallet if you do everything right that is under your control?

Also, I know paper wallets are more secure. Can someone point me to the best resource on how to handle those with minimal risk? I've read everything I could find but I want to make sure that I am 100% covered under any circumstance.
