Current shares stuck Slush's pool

Hey guys,
I'm kind of new at mining BT's but I have one problem.
Since I don't use Stratum proxy anymore (because of job=false and people said it wasn't usefull on a single machine) my
current share's are completle stuck. But my accepted shares in guiminer are rising.
Anyone formiliar with this problem?
