Thank you...I had found the wiki info but did not know about adding together.  No idea what the what to do line means however for 128. 
find iic rx crc mismatch?

128 is a transient code that pops up randomly. Just restarting the cgminer instance will clear it up. It will not affect anything permanently and in most cases the miner continues to hash just fine even with that code.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
