Hi,

I recently installed Windows XP on my homeserver on a spare hard-drive, and yeah its pretty crap; AMD Athlon X2 4200+, with an AMD Radeon HD 4600 series graphics card. I installed AMD Catalyst fine along with the APP SDK 2.6 in order to use it for GPU computing. I'm using Reaper to mine Litecoins since it always throws out high hash rates for my computers graphics card since it's a gaming rig.

The problem I'm facing is that Reaper is using 50% of the processor and is taking a VERY long time compiling the kernel. I've left it on for hours and it still hasn't changed. I'm wondering, is this normal since its a crappy machine? or is it really not doing anything and I'm just wasting my time?

Thanks.
