Anyone experienced this before?(USPS)Electronic Shipping info received- SOLVED

Hi Guys,

I want to ask for someone with experience with this kind of thing, Order was placed on the 9th April, everything went smoothly with helixminers, awesome customer service, nice, friendly etc. Gave me Order confirmation and tracking number, Since the 9th April its been sitting on  - Shipping electronic info Received (Yes I know what this means)... I messaged 24 hrs later to say its still sitting on that same message - Now He assured me the packages were sent and I shouldn't worry he even called the person who dropped them off stating the queue was long so they were dropped off in one of the drop boxes and the manager at the postal office said that it would either be scanned there and then or at the next processing station. Well Its now the 12th April and Its still showing no updates on the tracking page, starting to get nervous here. I emailed helixminers a few hours ago without any response, it is the weekend and people do get busy. But I thought I may post about to see if anyone has experienced this kind of thing from USPS.

What would you do in my shoes?

It's coming be patient...USPS is slow in it tracking updates.

Hi thanks I feel abit better hearing that,
Its just that I am not that experienced with USPS , although I have ordered with them previously but didn't receive a tracking number and item has arrived without a problem, but this time because I received the tracking number and have been checking on it, I have never seen this scenario where it does not update which is why I am just wondering. Hopefully this is the case and its just slow ass USPS being the usual SLOW ass, really whats the point of tracking if they have so many issues with scanning the item in and showing progression.

Sometimes it just arrives at a post office without ever being dropped off or having the label created too.

Their tracking is the worst.

Solved - Finally 13/4 - 4 Days after it was dropped off to the post office - It finally updates - LOL

I knew I could trust the Helix guys, Good guys I must say.

So what miner did you get? can you post images/else so people can see it? Glad to hear problem resolved
