blockchain.info receive api parameters

Just a quick question about the extra parameters on https://blockchain.info/api/api_receive for create address.

Some of them seem to be undocumented, or at least I can't find the documentation on them.

What do these do?
cors=true/false
format=plain
anonymous=true/false
shared=true/false

Any other similar parameters? Where can I find documentation on these?
