Some of these sites like asic-tech.com etc we need to do the research and find their host and fireball em with emails that they are hosting a known thief.  For the most part hosting companies will not tolerate this and will shut them down. The asic-xxxx line of sites at least has cost many people some bitcoin with all their variants and the fact they advertise through PTC etc where new people go to ttry and earn their first little bit of coin.
