hello

i have a laptop with 2 video cards

a intel hd graphics(slow videocard)
and a nvidia geforce gt750m(fast card)

but when i start mining with cgminer it says no devices found

but then it starts mining with around 8kh/s
so i assume it uses the intel hd graphics

does anybody know how can i change it to the nvidia gt 750m

kind regards

I think if you really want to GPU mine, you should build a rig. Your laptop will overheat, and its life will be very short.

But if you still want to do it, you need to download the OpenCL support for your GPU. Then cgminer will see it.

If it is not one this list then you can't mine using it.

Even if you could there would be no point. Your power costs would be astronomical compared to the value you get back.

you should really build a rig if you are into mining. the laptop will not to be able to withstand the heat from mining in the long run
