invest or buy bitcoin operation

so, i wonder if i can simply, "invest" into an on-going bitcoin mining operation ?? but then i'd have to make sure the investment is highly trustworthy and on-going.

 i.e. let the experts do it and i just simply help to fund their operation(s).

 or, maybe i can just BUY a setup and on-going site or operation ??

 if anyone knows where, who. or how i can do this, let me know asap.
