My BitcoinTalk Profile was Hacked (someone changed my email).

I've received a email advertising me that my profile's email address was changed:

Dear diogoaf,

Your Bitcoin Forum email address was just changed from diogo_alcantara@msn.com to sinichkina.83@inbox.ru by IP address 251.243.110.244. If you did not do this, then you can visit the following link within 14 days in order to lock the account

For security I've locked my account.

How can I unlock and recovery my account?

You must sign an address that was either posted on the forum with the account or sent in a private message and send it to an admin (Cyrus or theymos).
