Antminer Pool switch

This may be a stupid question but google didn't help so sorry if this was asked a 1000s times but

If pool 1 is dead the antminer switches to pool 2 but what if pool 1 is alive again will it automatically switch back to pool 1 or stay at pool 2 until I reboot it?

It will periodically check if pool 1 is back up and will reconnect on its own, you do not have to reboot it.
