Hey,

I've been trying to determine the same thing myself.  I have already ordered two 1.2 th/s units.  I have been following the AMT bitcoin forum for some time and have gone back and forth for a while, however, I have finally reached a point in my mind that has accepted they are not a scam, but an assembler of asic miner components.  My first until was originally supposed to ship by Dec. 16th, probably won't have it before the end of the year at best.  My next one is supposed to ship by the end of January.

I can't vouch for AMT, but a friend has ordered from them and said they have communicated pretty well with him. Personally, I've ordered a few miners from Black Arrow as they have shipped on time before and I ordered when they were still at a 30% discount.

Slush's Pool, BTC Guild, etc......theres a ton of pools out there.
