Do you know any reloadable prepaid Visa card with the following features? - no fixed monthly fees
- no loading fees for card to card transfers (incoming)
- 500+ USD limit
- is being shipped to at least one of: the US, Germany, Poland

there is someone here who sells the prepaid visa cards and sends to the USA but I'm not sure if they will meet the criteria your looking for. I'll post back here after I find the thread and check the info.

as far as i figure, there is a polish bank that has there. probably the one people are selling here. |
