Just want to illustrate the badly organized conference that took place on 21.03.2018 at the Berlin Summit organized by https://cryptocurrencyworldexpo.com/. In the public offer from their website it was declared that there would be “over 1600 delegates”.

But in reality we got an absolutely different result. Just facts:

Practically, there were no visitors. We calculated about 50 visitors but not exhibitors. 90% of our auditory were ICO projects, participated as “exhibitors”.
Our speaker had no audience at all during his speech. The same situation occurred to all speakers from 12:00, due to the fact that there was no organized audience

From my point of view is violation of the obligations of the organizer to the participants and the organizer must compensate at least part of the costs incurred due to his fault.

We sent couple of claims to organizers. Here is the text of the last one:

TO:

Dawid Kustra - President of the Board
Łukasz Paszkiewicz - Member of the Board

Euro Marketing Management Sp. z o.o., Republic of Poland, Warsaw,
 65/45 Filtrowa Street, 02-055 Warsaw, reg.no [1]. 0000645532

Claim (revision 2, dated of 2018-04-18)

Hereby we inform you that due to the improper quality of the services rendered before we are no more interested in future participation in any events organised by your company.

Considering the fact that our overall expenses for participation in your conference including visa, transportation, accommodation and other costs incurred by our company are equal to the cost of participation itself, we would like to offer you the following settlement, protecting you from court actions and saving our time:

Euro Marketing Management Sp. z o.o. compensates our company with 50% of participation fee, and our company gives written waiver from any future claims or court and/or arbitration suits insofar.

And we got an answer:

I checked emails and Dawid respond you on your Claim 9 days ago (18.04.2018) and same we finished consideration of your Claim.

Regarding to your today email, please let me explain that regarding both the law of the European Union and member states, including Poland what you have written can be considered economic blackmail and this is a very serious crime in a civilized world but I do not have to complain about it because you may not know it, so I will not bring legal proceedings to you at all, because it could take you away the right to enter the European Union in the future.

On the other hand, I would like to point out, that this type of black PR could cause that nobody would invite you to any crypto event in the World as a phishing person/company which not only be able to pay in Fiat currency - it is still blackmailing and wants to extort some goods.

taking the above into consideration I regret that we have to exchange this type of emails, and I wish you all success in your business, but on the other hand I am compelled to inform you that whatever your or anyone's action against us will meet with a strong legal response from our side.

best regards,
Łukasz Paszkiewicz

Our last letter was left without an answer:

Do we understand you in the right way:

We are one of the project paid amount more than 5000 euro for stand in the conference in Berlin, that your company Cryptoworldexchange organized on 21-22 March 2018. We like to inform crypto community that instead of several hundreds "promised" participants, that can be proved by print screen, in fact we saw around 10.
and our Marketing head hold speech in literally empty hall (no participant was there).

Our words can be confirmed in written and oral form several crypto projects, also paid for conference a lot.

Based on the below letter from you - You consider this confirmation of real fact as a blackmail and believe that we have broken a law?

Do you also suggest that sharing truth about real situation at your event will not let us participate in other crypto events?

So, we are bound in this strange situation and we are looking for recommendations.

What is the best to do?
