(WTS) Brand new 97% done mining set with 6 Sapphire Raedon 7950's

Ok so I got the itch to mine scrypts and I bought all of the makings for a great machine. I am having trouble getting it up and running though and I am a point of frustration so I am selling this stuff as a whole set only. I have 6 never used(main reason I am selling as I cannot get them recognized by the mobo) Sapphire HD 7950's, it is a MSI Z77a-GD85 mobo, 32GB sp600 adata sata, 4GB Corsair Vengence RAM, Intel Celeron G1620 2.70GHz LGA-1155 Processor, and a Silver Stone 1500 watt strider st1500 PSU, also there are 3 powered 16X1 risers and 3 non powered also a small usb wifi adapter. I have all of the original boxes and cords except the small stuff..processor,ram, etc... I have all of this except for 4 of the GPUs in a milk crate and I am expecting anyday now an aluminum case from openrigs.com that is the middle section of a stackable tower. I have only installed windows 7 on this and a few other software only for mining in which I can leave installed or I can clear the HDD. I am looking to sell cheap because I am so frustrated about this. I have tried Windows 8.1, and now Windows 7 and I am having a hard time getting it to see the hardware. this rig should exceed 4kh and be able to overclock. I travel too much and weeks have gone by and I am not able to focus on this as much as needed. I was lucky to take advantage of getting the GPU's at $329 each before the hike in price happened and before they ran out. I am willing to hear offers and I would be open to escrow with any trusted member or service. I am not looking to rape anyone on these only a fair price as they are new. I can provide all receipts payed for in my name and legit. I know what I paid all and all and I will share that after I have accepted an offer if so be. Do not ask me to part this out  as I am not going to do that under any circumstances. Thanks and any questions please feel free. I accept coin and that part is negotiable. I am also going to list another build I have so dont think I am spamming. Only one more build that should follow this soon.
