btc-e USD transfer funds getting slow

Hi guys,

I've been funding my btc-e account using OKPay for quite some time already and it's usually instantaneous. But recently it takes so long to be reflected in my USD balance(only after submitting the ticket). And after that i get a 24hours hold. Anyone facing the same problem? And 1 more question. Are we allowed to create multiple accounts in btc-e??
