Dear Customer, the spend limit on Central Bank of India Debit Cards for international transactions has been set at USD 1000 per day as a security measure.

Bitcoin effect? Or just another move for capital control?

Not an bitcoin effect, state bank have also the same limit before the bitcoin boom.
