As a lot of you guys notice that nowadays a lot of HIGH ROI Coins are launching as they start with a value of 5$ and then turn into 0.001$ value? Why do people invest in it?

for example ->
https://masternodes.online/currencies/ALMEX/  
https://masternodes.online/currencies/ZLS/

and there are so many? So it's just an easy money for coin devs?
