I've been thinking about this the last few days and had started working on what would be the best parameters by myself when I realized how utterly ridiculous that is, considering what I'm proposing.

Now that ASIC's have been developed and exchanges are in place, I think this may be able to not only work, but be revolutionary if properly implemented.

An ASIC friendly coin whose block rewards are evenly distributed amongst every person mining for x amount of hours per x amount of blocks. A coin that is only able to be mined in a pool.

The idea is based around the idea that, no matter what we own, none of us have gotten to that place without the help of other people. Be it favorable circumstance, drawing on the wealth of knowledge humanity has amassed, or genetic predisposition, we owe our existences to somebody else. This is especially true for the community of developers, who constantly improve upon the work of others to suit there own needs or improve upon an existing function.

This wouldn't be a coin people would mine all the time, I imagine. It would probably be something one would schedule throughout the week.

Ideas?
