I have 1 Voth Bulwark Dreadnought Cruiser available for sale for 0.5 bitcoin. This ship is brand new and was released on 20 december 2013, it's now part of the voth ship set (bastion, palisade, bulward).
This is probably the biggest ship available to federation players at this moment. It's selling for 350.000.000 energy credits on the exchange right now, it will probably dip down and then after 6 jan 2014 rise up as it's supply runs out. It is unknown when this ship will be made available to players again, perhaps it's a one time emission perhaps not, only time will tell.
It has some unique capabilities:
As far as I know it's the only ship available to the federation which comes with a battle cloak. This means the ship can cloak while in combat.
It also comes equiped with a 180 arc torpedo. (Combining this with the quantum wide angle torpedo would allow this ship to fire two torpedoes while flanking ! That's unheard of in star trek ?!)
It also has some kind of repair pet/ship.
