Hello, How are you all?

First off, Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this - Feel free to move it, or tell me where to move it and I will do so. I am unsure where to post when it comes to a Alt Currency Exchange problem to get the attention of people and hopefully Big Vern or someone else that can look into this for me. I figured it was either here or scam accusations, but I don't feel like they are trying to scam me, it must just be a glitch in the system. No hard feelings towards em, just want my withdraw to eventually go through haha. I'm not trying to be overboard I am just curious about if I am ever going to see my coins again or if they've disappeared into the nether haha.

Here's what is going on:

At 2015-09-28 00:48:58, I withdraw 1.6467 Clam from my Cryptsy wallet to my Clam wallet. I have sent to this same address within the last 24 hours so I'm sure it works, and have double checked that It was the correct address in it's entirety. I, also, made sure that it wasn't the Email Confirmation that was messing me up by confirming it twice after 12 hours of waiting. Also, it typically says "Cancel/Resend" if you haven't confirmed by email on the withdraw screen. Here is a copy and paste of the transaction sitting in my Cryptsy balance.

Clams   xWqGX1gVz6UCpktqaMauVr6x6JrRiX4TWA   1.64670000 CLAM   Yes   2015-09-28 00:48:58
Pending

After waiting about 10-12 hours, I decided to send in a ticket when someone else in the chat said they have been waiting for a deposit for 3 days. Rather promptly I got a response that said:

"Hello ****,

Thank you for contacting Cryptsy. I am happy to assist.
I checked your account and I am not seeing any pending withdrawal.
To know more on how to to process withdrawal you may click the link below.
http://wiki.cryptsy.com/withdraws

If you have further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Thank you for choosing Cryptsy and enjoy trading!

Sincerely,

*****
Cryptsy.com"

So I went ahead and responded by saying that's scary and I went ahead and supplied them with a screenshot showing the withdraw as pending.

They responded back saying that they would go ahead and send my inquiry to level 2 tech support, and that they would be back to me shortly.

I might be a lil early still, as it's only been 24 hours since our last message, but none the less, I am worried I'll never see these Clams again - and It also worries me that it will happen to my other coins I try to withdraw in the future, though this is the first time this has ever happened to me with Cryptsy & I'm hoping it's a problem with Clam specifically.

What should I do next? and has anyone else been experiencing similar difficulties? It hasn't disappeared and is still showing pending.

Thanks for your time, Sorry again, if this is the wrong area, and kindly move me there if possible. Have a nice day guys

You make all this fuzz over $1.96 worth of Clam?Huh

Maybe you should alert Interpol and FBI.

For security, your account has been locked. Email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com

Yes - Its money - they said that the deposit disappeared and they have no record of it...

What would you do? Say of its a 1.96 fuck it?

Get outta here. You aren't here to help.

If I can't get 1.96 out of crypsty how the hell am I going to get the other cash out of it?

I would get your criticism if I had opened up a scam accusation, but what you have just said implies that since it's a small amount of money that just happened to literally disappear during a withdraw and now support says they have no record of it that I should just not give a shit. You sir are the epitome of ignorance.

You wouldn't be concerned Mr. Commy?

I have a withdrawal pending but confirmed. They don't answer why are pending. There's many claims in reddit, they say that is the next Mt. Gox. Cry

I don't think this is the case, I think it's more likely that they have to individually vet a lot of transactions before letting them be sent. Granted, due to this delay I will not be putting significant funds on cryptsy any longer, but I believe they are solvent. This is just a hunch though.

The rumours of goxxing will not be helping either, they probably have an even longer backlog now.
