Can't recover lost password here

Hello,
I'm posting this here because I don't yet have access to the post in the Technical Support forum.

I registered here about 6 months ago using another email address, and I forgot my password. When I clicked "forgot my password" the system said it would email me. But the email never came. It's been 2 days, and I've checked my spam filters and I've tried clicking to send the email multiple times.

Could someone check to see if there's a problem with recovery emails for lost passwords here?
