Wish i cam across this last week sent 2 wired payments from the UK $1000 X 2

They are on hold so i cannot use them

Pointless ringing to answer no replies

I have just sent an e mail to British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission to see if they can help or point me in the right direction.

Might get in touch with Fraud Department here in the UK to see if they can do anything

Will keep you posted in the mea time steer well clear of OKPAY
