but the chart you posted is misleading. if you zoom in for the past month you can see it has already been pumped 50% and it is now getting dumped.
don't get me wrong, i am not saying it won't get pumped, i am saying you can not predict it like this because there are no signs of a pump at the moment. the price is dropping slowly, the volume is low and there is no walls to manipulate it either.

OST has been in my portfolio since the end of last year. While in the red, but I'm sure that growth should begin soon and believe in the project.

I wouldn't say that this is the perfect chart, perfect price, etc. A lot of coins have been stuck in this gradual decline after the initial hype forever. Only an elite few will ever get major media attention and make its way up substantially in pricing.

Their products are extremely specific in usage, and it's hard for investors to get hyped because of that fact that its usage is pretty much only limited to ICO founders or their partners.

Don't get me wrong, there is definitely a chance that it's going to grow in the future especially with its KYC product, which is needed. However, with its current market cap rank, it's hard for it to ever move into the top 100.

I think as soon as Bitcoins starts showing some recovery in its price, OST will also spike up gain. It has been holding it's low level quite effectively till now and we might see it jumps above 10 cents soon enough.
