I honestly doubt you'll get an investor willing to make a cryptocurrency farm down in Amenia, and your information is not sufficient enough to go with, are you putting up your area for sale or must it be for cryptocurrency activities???,am curious to know

Besides what's the bitcoin/cryptocurrency traffic like in your area, this info looks kinda suspicious though.....

Actually, just had a chat recently with Georgian and Armenian friends, where apparently almost every young person bought Bitcoin last year and mining rigs started operating in both countries... Electricity is cheap (hydro) and particularly so in Armenia.

All this thanks to the government newly installed, apparently, quick to move on and eager to diversify. You can also probably thank the fact that are waiting on EU membership still.

Going to need a lot more than the info provided, OP. Notoriously corrupt still and must be well connected to ensure enterprise doesn't get drowned by under table money. Least from what I'm told.

If all the documents are provided and the legislation passes then you might attract some investors. Armenia seems to be a nice place.

The law to permit crypto mining isyet to be legislated as far I know, still people are energized to be on the crypto scene it seems; so if it passes it will be a very good thing for your proposed land

How does Armenian goverment see cryptocurrency? Is it legal out there? You have to provide more details I guess or, I'm afraid, you won't attract suitable investors for your company. You can share details regargind processes of openning a company, tax info, prospect, cost etc.

It's good to know that mining in Armenia is legal. If the investors are interested, it would be interesting to see how the project turns out.

I am amazed at your decision, even though we all know that cryptocurrency has a huge risk, but you dare to sell your legal company for this cryptocurrency activity. Keep up your spirits and always be sure if your decision will bear fruit later.

Was hoping to hear back from you in PM. But thought I'd also share this piece of news: https://www.crowdfundinsider.com/2018/10/140384-ambitious-cryptocurrency-mine-opens-in-armenia/

Of course, any country's leader visiting a new business premise doesn't mean anything in normal circumstances - in fact, usually means you have to curry favour with certain political factions. But this particular facility hosted not just the new government but the opposition camp as well, so perhaps there is a sign after all that crypto mining is going to really get the backing of the state, regardless of the seat of power.

In Yerevan too, not some remote outskirt. OP is there also a Yerevan freezone?
