7970 Litecoin Driver crash

I have been mining litecoin for about 2 weeks, and everything went great. However since a couple of days everytime I try to start cgminer the display drivers crash and cgminer crashes afterwards..

Usually I run my Club 3D 7970 on a Clockspeed of 1035 (stock is 1100) and a mem clock of 1600 with these CGminer configs: --shaders 2048 --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256.
Even at stock speeds the drivers crash, and increasing voltage doesn't seem to help either.
There are no harware errors (HW) the only thing which changes after driver crash is a drop in Kh/s from 700Kh/s to 200Kh/s

I've used the latest AMD Drivers and 13.1 but nothing seems to work.
