possible group buy idea

I have an idea for a group buy if anyone's interested im just not keen in being the coordinator.
My idea is to buy the 100 TH/S (100,000 GH/S) of cloud mining from black arrow for $195,000
Divide it into 1000 shares at $195 per share.
Each share therefore is 100 gh/s for $195 (or $1.95 per GH/s).
By the way it only goes for 4 months and is hosted by black arrow.
Everybody sends payment to the payer who makes 1 payment to black arrow.
The payer also pays out dividends weekly and gets a fee bonus of 0.25% of total profits per month
So every share pays like only $2 per month for the main guy to do the hard work.
Thoughts? Anyone feel like making it a reality group buy?
Pros/ cons welcome.
Well this is my kind of group anyway.
If you can find cheaper and more profitable let me know.

Who owns and who is responsible for the hardware?

•Design and manufacture the equipment needed to provide the requested hashing power
•Install the unit at its facilities
•Host the mining equipment for the rental period: •Provide 24 hours, 7 days a week surveillance and maintenance for the mining equipment
•Ensure best-effort for the equipment to be up and running
•Keep the equipment running (hashing) at Black Arrow's secure facility
•Supply and pay the electricity required by the equipment
•Provide internet access to the mining equipment
•Allow access to all public mining pools for the mining equipment
•Allow access to Black Arrow's mining pool

•Provide fast, free replacement if the equipment fails
•Send all crypto-currencies mined by the rented equipment to the customer
•Hosting starts in March 2014
 
I also understand they have a proven track record.
