okcoin.cn withdrawals pending

i tried to withdraw some bitcoin from okcoin.cn but seems like they dont confirm immediately.
its price is falling and if they dont confirm i am going to loose money just because of them.Yesterday was okay transferring but today i am waiting.
Are there any body having same problem?

they ve responded , they say they are busy and plz wait.
possible that is cause of why other exchanges are not dropped much.

As far I know for larger withdrawal they have manual confirmation sometimes, one time they called me to check my identifications, they sad its just one time check, next time it gona be instant.. after that I verified my level there
