Are people using http://www.bit2factor.org especially for smaller transactions?

Looks like people are still suggesting escrow for new trades when size is not so big.

http://www.bit2factor.org seems simpler than escrow (plus no fee).
The main risks seems to be that the seller can avoid giving the encrypted private key at the very end.  Seller will obviously lose trust/reputation, but they have also lost their BTC because only the buyer will be able to decrypt the private key.  So it seems a lot less motivation for seller to not give the buyer the encrypted private key.
