Hey everyone! I was digging through my piles of crap looking for some extra hash boosts and came across 3 older Dinosaur cards:

ATI rage XL (I don't think there's onboard memory, but I could be wrong
ATI rage 128
ATI Radeon 9200 (128 onboard)
ATI rage theater (I think it's 64 onboard, but I could be wrong)

I'm almost positive that I won't get opencl support, but would I be able to mine with them? If so how? And approx/guess on Hash/s? Before you ask, they are left overs from when I was playing with trashpicked computers. I also don't really care about the efficiency, as right now, I don't have the money to invest in a true rig and I'm just playing.

I just realized I'm whitelisted, after I posted on newbie. But this is a bit more appropriate, and modified

Thanks in advance.

It's all about the game, and how you play it

Not one of  those cards has any hashing potential sell them for 5-10 each on craigslist and use that towards a 5770

and if you dont have any PCI-Express Slots free, just buy a quad core, which will be much faster than all these cards together.

It is possible to run code on such GPUs, but it is not easy and I bet, that there arent any miners available for these card.

Thanks for the input there. Not entirely what I had in mind, but I'll keep in up there.

A discussion on the software subcategory has led me to need the sha256 algorithm, and to then "play" with it. It is beginning to look really unethical. I'll probably just put them back into the MAME setup where they came from.
