I AM USING FREE BLOGGING PLATFORM IN WORDPRESS AND I WANT TO INSTALL SOME PLUGINS ON SITE .BUT PROBLEM IS PLUGINS BUTTON IS NOT SHOWING ON MY DASHBOARD . THEN HOW CAN I INSTALL MY PLUGINS ON MY WORDPRESS BLOG .

If wordpress.com I believe you need to become a paying member to be able to do that.

Are you sure you have permissions set correctly? If I remember correctly, in wordpress templates can be set in two ways. Some kind of open and closed mode. The closed mode greatly limited the number of plugins you could use. Does that sound familiar?  

Oh and I don't mean wordpress.com. I mean if you are using it with your domain.

You're going to be limited as what plugins you'll be allowed to use if via wordpress.com. Purchase a domain for under $10/yr, and pay the penny for the first month hosting at HostGator, $7.95/mo thereafter. If you can't afford that small fee, then whatever you're hawking ain't worth much, whether it's a produce of free service, i.e., PSA.

Try using freedomain and free hosting. Search it on google. And install wordpress on it. Or try using blogger it is much easier.

It depends on which plugin you have installed and how does it works on your blog,to many plugins you have a shortcodes to  make it appear onto your blog.If you could me more specific on what plugin/s you are really trying to install people could help.And have you made sure you have installed and activated it from admin dash?
