Does anyone know the reason there are question marks listed on coinmarketcap for the circulating supply and market cap of this coin? I like the project, but find that kind of unsettling about investing in the coin.

Just wait for it and give coinmarketcap time to refresh and calculate it. Some times it will took them so long before they can put it and show the total circulating supply and total market cap of the new coin.
