Flash tag

Hi guys, just a question, what is the "Insert Flash" tool?, it insert the label

Code:

[flash=200,200][/flash]

I test some Flash code but nothing works... http://it is displayed like a link but I am using flash tags... what is the diference with url tag?.

I don't think Flash embeds are enabled.
