Hi everyone, I did everything Xchanga has told me and they still have not sent me my BTC can someone please give some advice on how to get my money back.

Here is the last message they wrote after I sent them my ID

Send Eddie verification documents and tell him to send it with the
email he used to chat with us. Also everywhere you posted scam about
us must be removed and edited then your btc gets to your wallet.

We wont reply if we do not have Eddie documents from him. and we shall
delete all emails your send or ignore them. Mind you if anyone talks
to us again about this we shall never respond for 2 months on your
issues.

Then you make this post and fabricate things that I have never done or things that you have never told me.

I sent xchanga my driver licence and bank statements they replied saying that I am verified but there has been no communication since because they want my mate ID as well and I have no idea why because he never made an order because he was going to wait to see if I got my bitcoins first which is smart I wish I wasn't the guinea pig but I wouldn't want him to be scammed as well i've asked him to send his id as a favour but he refuses he doesn't trust them because of what I told him about my experince with xchanga. It's understandable that he wants to keep his privacy safe. I was desperate enough to send them my ID hoping it might help but it didn't they just keep coming up with new excuses and now I have a feeling that they will do something bad with my information.
