I started with bitcoin when it first started but didn't stick with it. (Hindsight is 20-20) I bought my new mining rig a couple weeks ago to get into litecoin, but the difficulty level increased so fast from time of ordering the gear to actually getting it online that the return on investment has just gotten almost unrealistic... so I found worldcoin. Profitability is nice and the coin is very well supported.

At any rate, i have been using wdc.theblocksfactory.com from the start, but i have been experiencing frequent disconnects or outges at random parts of the day. I getting sick of having to continually check my rig to make sure its still mining and restart it when it's disconnected... lame. Thought about setting something up to just restart mining every hour or 30 min, but it would be really nice if I could find a great pool with reliable servers that pays decent coin. Blocks factory seems to net me a good bunch of coin, but it never seems to stay connected and lately i have been losing out on about 20-30 coins a day because of the recent flakeyness. (Yes, i saw the post about picking the ny server, that's what im on now.)

Your favorite wdc pool? Why?

I use the following pool: https://wdc.nut2pools.com/index.php

Why this pool?
  • It is PROP not PPLNS. (I personally don't like PPLNS)
  • It has ZERO fees.

Disclaimer: I have no association with the owners/operators of that pool.
