I know this probably isn't the right place to post this, but it's about the only place I'm allowed to post at the moment since I didn't previously have a Bitcointalk account. I'd registered here in the hopes of contacting a user, freeworm, who has been said to be helpful in resolving issues with BTER.
Anyways - my problem: I was doing some trading on BTER which I'd previously had zero issues with. As of yesterday I attempted to transfer/withdrawal my funds from BTER. After submitting a request, I am redirected to an HTML page that is blank with the exception of a pair of periods. No error message as others had described when having withdrawal issues at BTER.
All efforts to contact BTER support via email, QQ, etc have gone unanswered. One of the few QQ addresses listed in various other thread was online. I attempted to convey the problem using Google translate as had been suggested in other threads. Of the half dozen QQ support #s listed in various threads, I was only able to add a handful to QQ. Only one of those was online and they went offline as soon as I inquired as to the nature of my problem.
So I'm kinda wondering ... Is anybody else having similar issues with BTER?
I'd feel much better if this was a system-wide issue. =p
I personally don't like bter. my experience with this exchange is i keep noticing the price keeps spiking for a 3 quick seconds. and then it goes back to normal price. its kinda like a glitch in some way. don't know, maybe its just me.
