anyone facing issues depositing tokens on the hitbtc site? I have deposited mine 4 months ago yet it is still not credited to my account. Wrote in to their tech support team yet no action has been done.

I did experience the same problem with hitbtc and took almost a month for my deposit to reflect on my account and the sad part is emails went unanswered for a very long time too and learning that this still goes on is not good news!
I thought these guys problems were fixed after their said upgrades
anyway they need a solution urgently before they lose clients to other exchanges who value customers time.
wow lucky you, almost a month isnt so bad. How many tickets did you submit for them to resolve your issue?
