I had yesterday 0.25 BTC on coinedup.com. Tried to deduce 0.24 BTC, but there was an error that is not enough money in the account, although the balance was 0.25 BTC. Today decided to try again, but 0.25BTC disappeared and left 0.00128BTC. I withdraw 0.00128BTC . Where is my 0.25BTC ?

Support does not work one day. They are scams?
