Guys, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but how do I use Yubikey with my MtGox account? I just got shipped my yubikey key, but how do I use it? I enter my Username and password, plug in my yubikey to USB and then what?
thx
Have you tried yet?  Sorry, but the Mt. Gox website explains pretty well what to do:  After you sign it it should ask for "OTP" (one time password) at which point you touch the button on your yubikey and it outputs a disposable key.

Once signed into Mt. Gox, go to security settings to configure how you want to use your yubikey.  If I recall correctly you can select if you want to use "short press" or "long press" for several actions like "login" "trade" or "transfer funds".  Default for me was:  short press to login, long press (>3 seconds) for trade or fund transfer

And just a tip:  if you didn't buy the yubikey from Mt.Gox it won't work.  Order it from Gox directly as they must register the root keys in their system before they ship it to you.  A fresh key from Yubico won't work - the instructions in the Mt. Gox interface make this clear.

Best of luck.

Non gox ones are available, you can use them for a few online services such as blockchain.info and lastpass.
Mt gox ones are as useful as Mt gox.

I wonder if they are good to secure PC wallets like BitcoinQt and so ...  Huh
Any good source for buying these keys? Thanks!
