Does anyone think that this might be a BITCOIN of germany on local markets?

Anyone can let me a bit of light of the future for this coin?

I cant find if anyone selling and buying stuff using this coin.
i remember same was with PPc and now...

chinacoin, italycoin and I am sure there are lots others.

I do not see how a decentralized P2P coin can be country specific.
