i'm here since a large month, but never registered because of newbies restriction. Annoying...
I thought i could just read & learn, but it's time to implicate myself in this community.
I started last month by building 2 rigs, ~5 MHps for Scrypt mining.
This was the rush (LTC rise nov/dec '13), and... wow !
First kick in my face, each day another coin... which one should i mine ?
and large premine... then comes the pump & dump... and now all of these seems to be a large scam movie.
The newbie's readme is right, dont trust people.
Most of them are multi-account, just have to register them day by day, by week, etc... And you got your army, your reputation, etc...
There will be probably a lot of them to reply me something random, just to up their reputation or post count.
I've seen that some are *reserving* first posts... why ? to re-sell it ?? why ? because most of users just read the first page, and then will change their content in order to control something ?
i suspect most of them to use anonymous, VPN, proxy, etc... Only the admins can see that atm, is there a reason to not showing it for everyone ? I know that SMF can do this, and to hide a part of IP for public user. I just dont want to trust anyone who is totally anonymous, or the one which is in Russia this morning, USA the afternoon, then Thailand the evening !
Also i hope you banned all the mailinator-like mail address from registration.
Now, for sure i can be a multi scammer from Nigeria, just trying to scam you for fun, and for money of course ! You for sure already know i'm not an english native speaker ^^
But if i'm telling you i'm not scammer... ? who will true me ? So, maybe i am, maybe not
And those epic user with hundred of posts, and who are scamming you, months or year after they registered... We can scam easily a lot of tiny x BTC here, there is a lot of dumb. But i think the best score is to wait 1 or 2 years, and to have the big xxxxx BTC transaction. Some will just wait weeks or month for a nice xx BTC... and then bye bye to the sun & mojitos.
So, here is my first post, i like cryptocurrency, but i dont like the way it's going to be a scamed world. We have to trust in the currency, to have a good currency.
Seems to be a long long way to have nice discussion here, as most of us are multi-scamer-account

annoying, more than 60 min for my post... no more login, then post deleted. I've ctrl C/V, so it's ok. Reposted it, and f**k, 360 s restriction because i've "just posted from this IP" lol. But not very lol.
Same thing each time i'm using "search", i have to wait 90 s... annoying too.
