Bitcoin doesn't show in wallet

Hello. I just transferred a small amount of bitcoins to one of my receiving addresses in my Electrum bitcoin wallet. The money has not yet appeared and I did this 20 minutes ago. Does it usually take some time before they appear or do some random guy have my money now?

Post the receiving address here or look it up on blockchain.info to see the status of the transaction.

You need to wait more than 20 mins. Yesterday I had one "pending" for about 45 minutes - then 1st confirmation came through. Talk about 90 minutes for 6 confirmations. Busy day on the network I guess.
